DESCRIPTION:Join us for an inside look at NWI Aerostructures\, a focused factory for long and large aluminum machining\, forming\, processing\, and structural assembly up to 100 feet in length\, operating in a 1\,000\,000 sq. ft facility in Nashville\, TN. \nNWI Aerostructures recently added a new Bavius Technologie AeroCell 700/200 horizontal high-speed 5-axis CNC machine with a 7-meter by 2-meter work envelope and a 30\,000 RPM spindle. This investment is a key milestone of NWI’s Project 2035 initiative to modernize and expand the Nashville site into a fully integrated\, next-generation aerospace manufacturing facility\, with focus on advanced manufacturing technologies\, improved efficiency\, and expanded capabilities to support the evolving needs of aerospace customers.
