Event Recap: Women in Metalforming Panel Discussion

On Thursday, December 4, 2025, PMA Tennessee hosted a powerful female-led panel discussion in partnership with AWMI, WiM and SME. The event brought together industry professionals for an evening of learning, inspiration and meaningful networking as we explored new ways to further engage and support women in the metalforming industry.

Attendees enjoyed insightful conversations from leaders across multiple organizations, each sharing their experiences, challenges and strategies for advancing women in manufacturing. The collaborative atmosphere encouraged open dialogue and connection among participants.

The evening also provided an excellent opportunity for networking, allowing students, professionals and industry partners to build relationships and exchange ideas that will continue to impact the Tennessee manufacturing community.
