As the new Chair for SME Nashville Chapter 43, I am committed to the ongoing engagement and growth of professionals and students in our community.

I am 20 year industrial marketer and have enjoyed working with manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations across the supply chain. I am passionate about our industry and proud to serve alongside a dedicated group of member volunteers who make this chapter so great.

There are ongoing learning and networking opportunities when attending SME Nashville Chapter 43 events. This chapter is dedicated to promoting manufacturing in TN, KY, neighboring states, and supporting students interested in a career in an industrial/manufacturing field.

SME Chapter 43 has monthly executive meetings usually on the first Tuesday of every month.   We also typically have facility tours on the third Tuesday of every month with dinner to follow for networking opportunities for all members including several student chapters.

As a local arm of SME National, we strive to provide educational scholarships and financial assistance to local high schools, universities, and technical schools involved in educating individuals who will be employed in the manufacturing industry.  We also endeavor to connect employers with graduating students who are seeking employment.
